man i totally suck at this blogging crap

summertime and the livin' is easy
no blogging
but full-throttle friends
and a baseball game
with a thunderstorm
that causes everyone in the stadium
to run for cover
with most holding a 50-cent hotdog
in each hand--
drenched and laughing
like schoolchildren
under the overhang
while the lightning flashes
and the thunder booms
and the rain continues,
and continues,
so the vendors
drop the price of hotdogs
to 25 cents each
and an old man decides
that now's the perfect time
to buy another beer
(who has time to blog
when there's so much life
to live?)
